Haitian Education Leadership Program

H.E.L.P. graduate

The Haitian Education and Leadership Program identifies students who finish in the top 10% of their high school class but, because of poverty and financial need, will not be able to continue on to college. HELP provides merit-based university scholarships for Haiti’s top high school graduates. The scholarships cover full tuition, textbooks, school supplies, stipends for basic living expenses, internship opportunities, and access to the HELP Center in Port-au-Prince – a safe studying space with a computer lab, Internet, study hall and library. HELP aims to enroll an additional 50 students in the program this year.
